LangChainは、プロンプトを再利用するための仕組みとして、プロンプトテンプレートを提
供しています。ここまでの例では、LLMに渡すプロンプトをあらかじめ文字列として用意し
ていました。しかし、実際にはプロンプトの一部を可変にしておきたい場合があります。先ほ
ど木星の情報を取得するプロンプトを作成しましたが、他の天体の情報も取得したい場合が考
えられます。そのような場合に、よく似たプロンプトを何度も書くのは面倒です。この問題を
解決するために、プロンプトテンプレートを使うことができます。
プロンプトテンプレートは、プロンプトの一部が変数になっているテンプレートです。変数
に値を代入することで、プロンプトを簡単に生成することができます。
5.2.2で見たように、会話モデルの
invoke
メソッドには単一の文字列とメッセージリストを
渡すことができました。プロンプトテンプレートは、文字列とメッセージリストそれぞれに専
用のクラスが用意されています。
LangChainが提供するテンプレート関連のクラス一覧を表 5.3.1に示します。単一文字列の
プロンプトテンプレートを作る場合は、
PromptTemplate
クラスを使います。一方、メッセー
ジリストのプロンプトテンプレートを作る場合は、
ChatPromptTemplate
クラスを使用します。
