It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The basic (powerful) strategy questions
Strategists can get so interested in everything that they forget to make it clear what strategy is and – just as important – what questions strategy answers. There are some benefits from being mysterious but it’s more powerful to make sure people know what strategy does. It’s even more powerful if you use the questions to shape your own thinking.
