I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Configuring an IMAP Server with IMAP-UW
IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol) is an alternative to POP that some users prefer, and you will probably want to support it on your mail server, along with POP and SMTP services, to make the package complete. The fundamental difference between IMAP and POP is that whereas POP downloads each message from the server and stores it in the mail program, IMAP mail is accessed and manipulated wholly on the server. An IMAP client, like a server-side shell-based mail client, can have multiple mail folders and transfer messages between them as if they were local.
