Data Recovery and Transaction Logs

Three of the top 10 questions that Microsoft’s technical support receives are related to the Extensible Storage Engine (ESE) and data recovery. This section discusses the role of transaction logs and describes how they are used in the recovery of your databases in the event of a catastrophe.
