This chapter focuses on Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA). Because the need for remote access to e-mail has greatly increased, use of OWA has increased and will continue to increase. Understanding the advantages and limitations of OWA will benefit your planning, implementation, and troubleshooting efforts.
