tidyverse

tidyverse_update()
を使うと簡単に確認できる。

質問にデータを含めるには、
dput()
を使って再生するRコードを含めると一番簡単だ。例えば、
Rの
mtcars
データセットの再生は次のようなステップで行う。
1. Rで
dput(mtcars)
を実行。
2. 出力をコピー。
3. スクリプトで、
mtcars <-
と入力してから出力をペースト。
問題を再現するデータの最小部分集合を探すことだ。

コードが他人にとって読みやすいように手を加える。

スペースや変数名が簡潔で必要な情報を含んでいることを確認する。

どこに問題があるかコメントで示す。

問題に関係ないことはできるだけ除く。
コードが短ければ短いだけ、理解しやすく、バグを取りやすくなる。
Rセッションを新しく開いて、スクリプトをコピー＆ペーストして実行し、実際に再現可能である
かをチェックします。
