So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Have you ever wondered about the relationship between leading and man-
aging? You will probably have given it some thought, because everyone in
your shoes does. Is leadership a function of management, or the other way
round? Are they complementary or mutually exclusive? Is a manager a
leader, or a leader a manager? Such questions are common and although a
bit abstract, the answers are central to building a leadership mindset. So,
