I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Building an effective team
There are many factors to be considered when building a team. You should
not forget that the quality of your leadership will have a direct impact here,
for the more effective the leader, the better the team. So working hard to
be a great leader will be your personal contribution to the teambuilding
process.
With regard to the other elements to consider, no one thing on its own will
lead to the development of a successful team. Rather, it’s a combination of
eight building-blocks that combine together to make teams work. It will be
your responsibility to ensure that each of these components is in place.
