It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
These are not just clichés – they are real and tangible benefits that result
from leading not managing. Do not allow common myths about leadership
to distract you from your goal of becoming a great leader. Leadership does
apply directly to you and although not everyone chooses that path, those
who do see substantial personal and work-related rewards.
