I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

It should come as no surprise that to be effective, teams need to work
closely together and share the workload evenly. What is perhaps not so
obvious is that as a leader, you will be in a position to actively facilitate
improved cooperation and collaboration within your team by the manner in
which you allocate the workload on an ongoing basis. You should be proac-
tive in how you encourage team members to cooperate and collaborate.
