I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Looking ahead
We have come to the end of our journey together, but you must now move
forward from here, both in continuing to prepare yourself for the leader-
ship position and in making an impact when you get there. It is important
not to lose sight of the great opportunity facing you, for being a leader
will prove very rewarding and it will open many doors for you in future.
In fact, the sky is the limit, if you continuously develop your ability to
lead.
If you are to take anything from this book, you should recognise that the
future is in your own hands. You have the power to determine the type of
leader you become and there will be a direct correlation ...
