It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

described here. Read each scenario first, and think about the questions
posed in each case. Don’t worry about the exact solution, but simply con-
centrate upon whether you would adopt a steering, engaging or facilitating
style in dealing with the issue. Then follow the discussion after each one.
