goals:
You will not necessarily have to end up with a written set of
common goals, some teams do it that way, some do not.
Whatever approach you take, everyone in the team will need to
have a clear understanding of what you are collectively trying to
achieve.
The common goals can be centred on issues such as having high
levels of trust and honesty, good openness and communication,
mutual respect and support and so on.
Review the common goals regularly with the team at monthly
team meetings.
