LESSONS
There are three important lessons to take away from the discussions in
this chapter.

A strong Yellow culture can be developed by using the abundance
concept. This means focusing on celebrating successes and coaxing
the organization to achieve exemplary performance, rather than
focusing on solving problems. Organizations with strong Yellow
cultures are more resilient and more capable of absorbing the risks
