It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Finally, Improve Implementing is the Red phase. This is the stage in which
you reexamine your systems, structures, and processes to improve
them. You develop and rene standards. You document what you
learned, both from your failures and from your successes. You put in
place the mechanisms to make the innovation process replicable. The
innovation process at Ideo, perhaps the leading product design rm in
the world, has these elements.
