Making Phone Calls
Start at the Home screen, then tap on Phone. To dial a number, tap the Keypad button, and a standard telephone keypad appears. Now, just dial the number you want (it even makes those tone dialing sounds when you dial the number), and tap the green Call button. To end a call, tap the red End button. If you make a mistake while dialing the number, tap the Back button (to the right of the Call button).
