I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Using Stocks as a Currency Converter
The Stocks app has a hidden feature—you can also use it as a currency converter and have current conversion rates at all times. You will need to know the official three-character symbol for the currency you want to track. Tap on the Stocks app and then tap the little “i” icon in the lower-right corner. Now tap the + (plus sign) button in the upper-left corner as if you were adding a new stock. Type in the first currency code, followed by the second currency code, and then “=X” with no spaces. For example, if I wanted the conversion from U.S. dollars to Chinese yuan, I would key in USDCNY=X and, as you can ...
