When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Adding or Removing a Direct Web Link Icon
If there are websites you go to a lot, you can add a Web link icon (Apple calls these Web clips) directly to your Home screen, and you can even have it scroll to the area of the page that you always check out. Just go to Safari, then go to the website you want to add (zoom in on it if you like), and tap the center button (it looks like a box with an arrow) at the bottom of the screen. From the options that pop up, tap on Add to Home Screen, and you’ll see the screen shown on the left above, where you name your new icon.
