I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Blocking Non-IP Layer 2 Traffic
Non-IP layer 2 traffic cannot be steered to the third-party service VM. To ensure that all traffic is correctly filtered, a layer 2 rule only allows ARP, IPv4, and IPv6, and blocks everything else. This rule can be created under the Ethernet menu; the ARP, IPv4, and IPv6 services do not exist by default and need to be manually created:
