I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
NSX Logs
VMware NSX for vSphere is a distributed platform that can be made up of many entities at any given time. This platform consists of ESXi hosts for distributed network services to Edge Service Gateways for centralized routing and application-orientated services, such as Load Balancing. In addition the entities that make up a NSX deployment, there are several features for which logging exists and for which logging can be configured. These are as follows:
- vCenter Server
- NSX Manager
- ESXi hosts
- NSX Edge VMs (including DLR Control VMs)
