I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Registering the NSX Manager with the vCenter server
The following are the steps to pair the NSX Manager with the vCenter server:
- Log into the NSX Manager web administration page: https://nsxmgr-01a.corp.local
- Navigate to Manage | NSX Management Services, and on the Lookup Service URL click on Edit
- Type the Lookup Server Host as the PSC FQDN or vCenter Server FQDN if using an embedded PSC
- For SSO Administrator Use Name, use the service account credentials defined
- Click on OK to complete
- When presented with the Trust Certificate dialog box, verify the SSL certificate thumbprint and click on Yes:
