I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Enhanced Linked Mode
In vSphere 6.0, a feature called ELM was introduced, which allows you to link multiple vCenter servers using a common set of Platform Services Controllers (PSCs). This feature provides the capability to view and search the inventories of all the linked vCenter server systems from the vSphere web client. For NSX, in a Cross-vCenter NSX environment, ELM provides you the ability to manage all your NSX deployments from a single management interface.
It should be noted that ELM is not a prerequisite or requirement for Cross-vCenter NSX. You are not required to have ELM configured to create universal constructs in NSX but it does ease the operational overhead of accessing multiple management interfaces.
