So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How to do it...
The following steps detail how to configure IPSEC VPN on the ESG:
- Log in to the vSphere web client via a web browser.
- Navigate to Networking & Security.
- Select NSX Edges and select the newly-created edge: Chapter5.
- Navigate to Settings | Interfaces.
- Ensure that the public interface is of type Uplink:
- Navigate to VPN | IPSEC VPN and click Add.
- Configure the IPSEC tunnel with the configuration as per the following screenshot and click OK to complete:
- Click Publish Changes.
- Click Enable on the IPSEC VPN Service Status submenu: ...
