I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Reviewing deprecated and discontinued features
After reviewing the release notes covered in the Chapter 9, Managing User Accounts in VMware NSX, you should be able to understand which features are still available in NSX and which are not. For example, some features that have been deprecated in NSX 6.3.x are NSX Data Security, NSX Activity Monitoring, IS-IS routing, and vCNS Edge supportability.
If you have VMware NSX Data Security, you must uninstall it before proceeding with an upgrade to NSX 6.3 or later. To uninstall data security, open the vSphere Web Client and navigate to the Home | Networking & Security | Installation | Service Deployments tab. Select the VMware Data Security service and click the red Delete Service Deployment icon. ...
