I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Another possible way to backup NSX Edge is by getting the current configuration via REST API and use the saved XML to restore the NSX Edge. PowerNSX has a Copy-NSXEdge cmdlet that dump the NSX Edge object out to an XML. However, VMware only supports backing up the NSX Edge through NSX Manager. You may get grouping object errors when doing backup and restore through other methods, as described in VMware KB 2144087—Backup and Restore of VMware NSX for vSphere 6.x components (https://kb.vmware.com/kb/2144087).
