ABSTRACT
ICT devices that connect to the network are becoming common at home, and
more people are being required to set them up; a huge psychological burden that
hampers ICT adoption. This study introduces design guidelines that encourage users
to set up ICT devices.
First, we conducted interviews and analyzed the data to elucidate the stages in
negative feeling development. As a result, we could construct a user’s psychological
process model. We identify 5 factors that cause negative feeling.
