In each figure of Figure 5, the horizontal axis is the numbers of selected, and the
vertical axis is the kinds of ribbons shown in Figure 2.
3.3 Results of 2-factor analysis of variance
All cumulative data shown in Figure 5 were analyzed separately. Pattern and
color of ribbons were served as the factors for the 2-factor analysis.
From the analysis of the results for the first time, the patterns and colors had
main effects at 1% significance for both men and women. In addition, the results of
the lower level tests showed as follows:
