167Interfacing Circuits between the Logic Gates of Same Family, Different Families and Types
7.2CONSIDERATIONS FOR INTERCONNECTIONS AND INTERFACING
7.2.1Magnitude and Direction of Source and Sink Currents
Let us consider interconnection of an output of a gate with an input of another gate. A cur-
rent flow takes place (as in any electronic circuit) howsoever small it may be and the amount
of current flow will depend upon output at the gate and the input of the second gate. Current
always takes the easiest path (least resistance). Direction of this flow will depend on output
logic state 1 or 0. For state 1, the transistor at the output stage is

I wanted to learn C and C++, but it didn't click for me until I picked up an O'Reilly book. When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.
