Synopsis
Use COVAR to compare the values in two arrays and determine the covariance, the average of the products of the deviations between all possible pairs of elements of the arrays.
To Calculate
=COVAR(Array1,Array2)
Both arguments must be specified for this function.
Example
Figure 15-9 illustrates how COVAR provides the ability to quickly compare two arrays of values and determine the covariance value.
