Synopsis
The options on the Wizard submenu are add-ins that must be installed using Tools → Add-ins to install the Conditional Sum Wizard and the Lookup Wizard.
Conditional Sum
The Conditional Sum Wizard, shown in Figure 8-37, helps you to create formulas that will sum up specific values in a column based upon the values of other cells within a list. For example, if you were to look at the example shown on the wizard, the sales amounts would only be added for Retail sales, not the wholesale sales.

Figure 8-37. Conditional Sum Wizard
The wizard steps you through the process of creating the conditional format. You need to specify the column that you want to sum and create the conditional statement indicating the values to be summed.
Lookup
The Lookup Wizard, shown in Figure 8-38, allows you to create a formula that finds the value where a specific row and column intersect.

Figure 8-38. Lookup Wizard
The Lookup Wizard steps you through the process by requesting the range of cells to search, as shown in Figure 8-38. You then indicate the specific row and column that you want to intersect. If they exist, Excel will use the column and row names specified in your worksheet to refer to the rows and columns.
