So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Larman’s book features good advice on using time boxes in support of ongoing, iterative development. The text focuses on the management view and offers insights into ways in which an organization can adopt and sustain this type of development methodology.
Ken Schwaber, The Enterprise and Scrum, Microsoft Press, 2007
This book presents a good overview of how time boxes and product backlogs can be used together to achieve a controlled and manageable development pace across an IT organization. Also provided are good explanations of the roles and responsibilities of product owners.
