Tracking the Work in IT
Call sheets are very detailed breakdowns of work that has to get done daily on a movie shoot. The value they bring is that nothing is left to chance and nothing gets lost. IT projects could benefit from a similar approach because it is not uncommon for development teams to face complex, broadly scoped projects, in which things do often go missing.
