Establishing Project Quality Assurance Oversight
Quality oversight has no official name as it moves into the world of IT. The most commonly used term, however, is probably project quality assurance (PQA), a broad term that sits as the support and auditing arm under quality assurance. (That’s pretty much how it’s treated under CMMI, ISO, and the PMBOK.)
