Each company has to select the employee opinion survey format that best fits its needs, demographics, and objectives. All of the items discussed here should be considered, as well as others that have not been mentioned. Although not as common, these can include requirements produced by political situations, contractual conditions, and corporate directives. These can be very real and cannot be ignored.
