So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Valid Instrument
Even when an external firm customizes a survey instrument for a company, it generally uses an existing instrument as a base. Such instruments have probably been tested over a period of time. Their questions have been regularly reviewed and revised, and validity and reliability studies have been conducted. The result is a survey instrument that is error-free and effective.
