So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Conclusion
This chapter included a set of materials actually used in a company's employee opinion survey process. It provides an opportunity to review the approach and documents one company used, but it is not presented as the correct approach for another company.
Each survey should reflect the identified conditions within a specific company. Likewise, any accompanying communication should be based on the company's history with such surveys and the methods in which the survey will be administered.
The next chapter deals with the administration of the survey.
