The Employee Report Structure
With management's reactions known, a final report can be written. This will be a report that is communicated to all employees. It does not have to be as detailed as the report to management, but it should include:
Description of the survey, its objective, its dimension, number and types of questions, and demographics of those taking the survey
Graphs, tables, or comments of each dimension for all employees
Commentary on dimension reports
Comparisons with previous survey results or comparisons with external surveys, if available
Display of the relationship of dimension satisfaction responses to importance responses
Management's reactions and action plans based on the survey results
