So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In Chapter 4, an initial selection of areas to survey was completed as part of the planning process. This chapter describes techniques for identifying the conditions of employment applicable to your company. They then become the dimensions in which you will survey, but you also need to identify the subareas within each dimension.
