Identifying Your Employee Demographics
Figure 6-1 shows an employee demographic identification form. It has two columns: Demographic and Identification. In the Demographic column, list the demographic areas for which you wish to receive survey reports. List only those that you feel can make a contribution to your overall survey objective.
Then review the following information for the demographics you selected, and determine which type of identification will best fit your company. Enter that identifying information in the Identification column beside each demographic.
