So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Conclusion
This chapter has dealt with the process of reporting results of the employee opinion survey to employees through the employees' supervisors. This approach allows for two-way communication, and recalls from the Introduction of this book that two-way communication is seen as the most effective way to utilize employee surveys.
In the next chapter, a series of checklists is provided to assist you in reviewing the book and implementing the process.
