I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Timeliness
If you tackle some of the implementation of the survey, you have to consider timeliness. You not only have to factor in the time it takes internal personnel to work on the project, but you also have to consider whether they can meet the required completion date. Employees unfamiliar with the process may take considerably more time to complete it than an experienced person would. Most employees have other responsibilities and may not be able to devote enough hours to the project.
