So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

An Alabama manufacturing plant conducted an employee opinion survey. One of the issues addressed was employee dissatisfaction with the compensation program. In a printed pamphlet sent to all employees, the company reported the survey results and included comments from management. One comment was:
We were disappointed to learn employees are not satisfied with the current compensation program. Based on comments provided, it appears that many feel we pay below the going-rate for similar jobs in our area.
