WebSphere Application Server V5 - Network Deployment (WAS-ND) provides a Web Services Gateway (WSGW), which serves as an intermediary between Web service clients and Web service deployments. The WSGW provides valuable functions for WAS installations running Web service applications; WAS administrators, therefore, must be familiar with WSGW. Unfortunately, clustering of the gateway, while very important, is not well documented elsewhere.
