Now that we have discussed CMP and some advanced EJB settings, we will deploy a new version of the Personal Trade System Application. This time, the application will be more complete and will contain most of the use cases introduced in the beginning of the book, except for the actual Trade execution, which will be added later in this book. CMP is used to implement the data access layer. Some of the settings talked about in this chapter are used in this version of the application. As an exercise for yourself, you may want to import the resulting EAR file into an ASTK or WebSphere Studio workspace and view the options we used for access intent and caching. We will use our build process to deploy the application.
