an Organization-Wide Team

Participants: Process leader and/or assessment facilitator, identified

team members

Initial Meeting Agenda:

◾ Explanation of assessment purpose by an organizational leader

◾ Description of process by the process leader/assessment facilitator

◾ Review questions for each category

◾ Divide participants into subteams. Assign a category to each subteam;

a subteam can be responsible for the questions pertaining to their

assigned category, and also for the outcome information for that cat-
