This generation of what will be 100 million people represents massive opportunity for marketers. Anyone born between 1985 and 2010 is, and will be, part of Generation Y. This group will stretch the twenty-year pattern of the past four generations to a full twenty-five years. Pregnancy postponements; second and third marriages; and the wonders of drugs like Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra have produced older parents. (If there were ever a match of product and market, it’s the Baby Boomer and erectile-dysfunction drugs.)
