When your next iteration ends, you’ll have some more interesting things to think about. But first, can you still remember that string of letters you memorized earlier in the chapter? The two walks you took during this chapter make it very likely that you can.
Let’s put what you’ve learned into action. You can start by walking every day: 10,000 steps. In addition, you should do some of those steps briskly (achieving roughly sixty percent of your maximum heart rate) for at least twenty minutes—that’s the next item on your daily checklist.
