Most people can avoid wrist pain, but it requires active intervention. In this chapter you’ve learned some new techniques and exercises that can help with this. We’ll introduce nerve-gliding to your daily checklist as part of your movement every hour. You can add these activities to the mobility exercises you learned about in the previous chapters. (As you probably know, ++ is the increment operator in languages like C++, and we’ll use it to represent an enhancement to an item on the checklist.)
