Most people can avoid wrist pain, but it requires active intervention. In this chapter you’ve learned some new techniques and exercises that can help with this. We’ll introduce nerve-gliding to your daily checklist as part of your movement every hour. You can add these activities to the mobility exercises you learned about in the previous chapters.
