For a while, I found myself telling stories in the voice of someone I could not recognize. I was not allowing my audience to see me, and, as a result, my stories never revealed their true value, and my audience never fully understood me. When you tell your story, you are a part of it, so why not allow yourself to be seen, to be vulnerable?
