The aim in the early stages is to explore just enough detail to get to development. It’s not about designing or specifying every detail prior to development, because we know that elements will change as we uncover more information. Changes to the final deliverable will be influenced by everything from market conditions, to the competition, to the potential customers. Later, as we dive into development, we’ll learn more about the possibilities and constraints of the technology in the context of the application.
